I am having a problem with my display.... as I scroll the design, it leaves little lines on the screen. I am running on Windows Vista Ultimate, 1600 x 1200 resolution, 32 bit color, using Nvidia 7950 video card. I thought initially it had something to do with the resolution or Windows Vista, but tried running it on Tablet PC with Windows XP and much lower resolution, and still see the problem there. The tablet PC also has a NVIDIA chipset, but different video card (built in).
Anyone else seeing this annoying problem?
Any suggestions on what to try to fix this?
I've tried different NVIDIA drivers and complained to the NVIDIA folks, but this is the only application I see the problem with and they don't see it in general, so I believe its their perspective that it is an ES2006 problem.
Would appreciate any and all help.
Thanks!
John

Posted By Maritha on 03/07/2007 7:16 PM If Wilcom ES can not show the correct sequin size used when opening it in DST format, how would a customer for which I would digitize sequin and sent it over in DST format know how the design really looks?
Perhaps you could send them the design in the original EMB format.
If the customer doesn't have Wilcom ES, they just download TrueSizer 2006, and open up your EMB to see how your design will really look!

Hi Artabee,
TrueSizer installation uses to be very easy. Have you double clicked the install.exe or setup.exe file? If so, have installation presented some error? You can try uninstall, reset and install again.
Good luck |

I get these all the time, too. I am running ES45 v2006 with an nvidia 7600. I just keep hitting the R key to redraw. Let us know if you find any solutions to this one.

Good day, the problem about the wilcom 2006 is the picture or the image you have scanned, the better the resolution the lower the speed of process for the computer. The software requires big memory for this, it's not the problem of the computer to stucked up it's the software. another one is the automatic saving in the software, if you can't wait for the long time auto-saving process, you can deselect the auto save in the options. |
