What is the problem you are having? What type of operating system you are using?

Hi there, First, you'll need to install the original ES 2006 from your CD. Secondly, you'll need to download the Vista Update and install the Vista Update AFTER you've installed ES 2006 from the CD. You can get the Vista Update from http://www.wilcom.com.au/support
