Hi Everyone,

I work for an embroidme and our wilcolm software has been playing up. I have new discs being sent out, But thought Id post a little about whats going on.

Our IT Guy said the antivirus software we have deleted a file and now we cannot save or open any EMB or DST files we can create designs but still cannot save them.

We are very busy and if you have any suggestions while waiting on the discs that would be much appriciated.

hi That is a very strange problem. Over the years I have seen the software do some weird things though. If the software is not saving the files at all, the best thing to do is a full uninstall, and reinstall. ( You can do that with your current discs that you did the installation with) ( Its best to switch your antivirus off really, because that can put the entire installation in a funk)
