| Tried to run the training videos on this site and they start out ok but after a few seconds they cut out, start, cut out, start. They all do it so what am I doing wrong? |

Hi Camilne,
It could one of two things, or both...:
1) You don't have the latest Flash addon installed. Visit:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW
;to download the latest version of Flash.
2) Your internet connection is slow, and it is downloading slower than you are viewing it. I think this is the problem. Pause the video and wait for the grey video loading indicator (at the bottom of the video screen) to complete. Once complete, press Play and it should play without pauses. |
