28 May 2011 5:27 AM Alert

I am having a problem with my Wilcom 1.5 software. It keeps loading recovered files to the point that I cannot use Wilcom at all.  I originally got the recovered files from having ot perform a 'hard" shut down when the computer locked up. I've tried everything I can think of, letting them all load then saving each one as a file and then deleting. When I get to the last file, I get an error message that it is "unknown" file file format and I can't delete, save, cancel, or anything. I am unable to use the software at all. I'm thinking at this point that I need to uninstall Wilcom and reinstall. If I do that is there any problem with the security codes for the dongle? Will I need to get new ones?

Thanks for any help,

Deborah

Hey John, no problem. I finally found that folder and was able to purge all of those files. I am up and running again. Thanks for your help! Deborah
