could someone clue me in on what's the best wilcom program and where I can find on inexpensively, (that stands for cheap)

What area are you at? if you are in North America, I can help you.

Wilcom has 4 Levels of Software and the current version are e|1.5 and sold through Distributors and is sold at the same price.

So if you are look to get it cheap!!! BEWARE!!!!
Wilcom is not sold by the internet it is not dowloaded. You are taking a very big risk if you go through the internet.
