After some problems accessing the service pack I have now downloaded it to my computer but am being a coward about installing it in case there are any problems. In the manual it says to not put the dongle in until prompted but the service pack looks for the initial installation so do I leave the dongle in place?? Has anyone had any problems with the service pack installation??

Kiarsie,

Start without the dongle. You will be prompted to plug it in later.

Thank you, will do it tomorrow morning as then I'll have a couple of hours to do it. Did a computer back up last evening - just in case, LOL.
