do we really need a USB to be able to operate the wilcom ES ?? what's it for ?? if i dont hv any, is there any other way to be able to use the wilcom ES ?? im really new for any software program. pls be understand. thx

We don't have a USB drive on our computer using Wilcom ES. Our embroidery machine is connected to the computer using an Ethernet cable. What kind of computer are you using, what operating system, embroidery machine?
