I've succeeded installing wilcom software on my PC. but after i restart my cmputer, i was asked to attach new ES Version 9 black dongle. what's that mean?? do i really have that version 9 black dongle first to be able to install the wilcom software ??

Yes, you need the security device (dongle) to finish the installation and run Wilcom ES. The dongle "holds" your license of ES.
