I've just installed Vista, and ES2006 wont run - I know there is an issue with the SQL runtime engine, but it appears there is a dongle driver issue - From what I've read here, I need a vista driver from wilcom.com.au/support, which, in its new version, does not contain anything at all (not even my old username/password)
Can anyone
1) Describe the steps to install ES 2006 on Vista
2) Tell me where I can download the ES vista drivers (and remember, there is nothing at wilcom.com.au/support)

Don't panic.  You shouldn't need to worry about the drivers anymore.
Just make sure you have the *latest* ES 2006 service pack, which (at the time of this writing) is SP4 R2. Installing the ES 2006 SP4 R2 should fix your blue screen and install the necessary drivers for you.

With regards to the new support site - It is new and you will need to re-register but once registered all the files, updates and resources are available as before. |

I am after SP4 for ES 9.

Brenden,
I have to say that the old support site was much better. I miss placed my siquin tie down sheet that was on the old site and it was very easy to find, and I have yet to find it on the new site even after many times with the new search engine.

| I posted this request about a month ago and got no responce yet. The new search engine on the Wilcom site just sucks. I need to find the Sequin tie down sheet that was on the old site but can not find it at all on the new one. If possible, could I get a ZIP file of all of the old FAQ's? Or can someone post an idiots guide on how to use the new search engine? |

In fact, with a review and re-development in process we would greatly
appreciate any direct feedback on improvements of tools you would like to see in
the support site. This is of course open for anyone on this list to
contribute.
