Over the last week I have spent many hours and days trying to get Clipart and DW to work on my Vista computer. All attemps to remove and re-install the program and/or SQL has failed to get both to work. I can get DW to work sometimes but Clipart want. And yes I have license codes for both. I have used them for over a year with XP. Today I received a brand new CD from Wilcom with the latest programs and SP4R2 on it, and after  the install when the computer goes to re-boot, the computer hangs and will not restart. I have to hit the power switch to restart and the install is not complete. I have also exchanged many email with Wilcom tech support and that too has not helped.

I think that those modules are not quite baked and need to be put back in the oven for a few more hours. I hope that someone from Wilcom is reading this and can help.

Just to let all know that tonight I had Wilcom tech support (Mariusz Sliwinski) logged into my computer, and after about 2 hours found out what the issues were with the SQL services. He tried many things until he discovered the problem and fixed it. Now Clipart is working great. I can not say enough about the quick response and help on getting this fixed. Many thanks to Wilcom and especially Mariusz.
