I want to install Wilcom in my labtop( Acer, Chip AMD, VGA ATI 128MB , Windown SP2). But when i run Wilcom , it can't run, and display a message "Security divice not found" . I tried reinstall it (include Windown, Driver) but i still can't run. But when i set up in laptop, it run nomaly. Please help me install it in my Laptop. Thanks you and best regard.

I suggest you : 1) Check if USB prots is working on your laptop or not, I have seen some cases that if the drivers is not installed, then it will not detect the security key. 2) if USB ports work, then download HASP driver ( http://www.aladdin.com/support/hasp.aspx ) and install it separately and then check if it works

Hello, I do not know which version of the free Truesizer to download. The Zip one or the EXE one? I have a laptop with Windows XP. Please help. Thank you so much, Michele Ann Michelesbarkpurr@aol.com

Here's my suggestion from other thread in case you didn't get it: http://www.embroiderystartup.com/Forums/tabid/72/forumid/1/postid/1352/view/topic/Default.aspx RE: "Truesizer to download. The Zip one or the EXE one?" Michele, they're both the same so you can install either one. The ZIP is simply the EXE zipped up. (the ZIP is there just in case your internet browser security wont let you download the EXE directly).
